VIZ Media, LLC is looking for an *In-House Legal Counsel *to join our
Legal team!

****Qualified candidates must have JD degree, must have a California
State Bar license in good standing and a minimum of 3 years of relevant
legal experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
· Must have strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.
· Must have excellent written communication and people skills.
· Knowledge of legal matters relating to merchandising, licensing,
promotions, trademark, copyright and interactive media preferred.
