The Media Services Manager will develop and prepare proposals for annual corporate advertising contract commitments. The Media Services Manager will be responsible for:
Formulation and tracking of corporate advertising proposals and contracts, supporting corporate advertising staff.
· Developing strategic analyses/rationale used to construct media relationships
· Working with counterparts at individual media properties and advertising agencies.
· Identifying prospective corporate clients via analysis of existing relationships
· Tracking account activity toward corporate commitments.
· Acting as liaison between advertising agencies and clients and Billing, Credit, and Production Departments.
· Creating and maintaining analytical reports to track account activity.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Excel, have the able to juggle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Media Services Manager must have experience with financial and/or media analysis, excellent communication skills (verbal and written). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience, preferably in media buying/planning, as well as a bachelor’s degree.
