We are seeking hard-working, highly motivated students for internships within the Affiliate Sales Department in the Metro Networks division. Responsibilities include assisting our compliance team in working with radio stations to honor their contracts and continuing to build strong relationships with our affiliates. Interns will learn about the radio business alongside industry veterans, and acquire skills in management and client-relationship development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, previous intern experience and have a desire to pursue a career in the radio and entertainment industry.

This is not an internship where interns will be faxing, scanning, binding, and getting coffee. Interns will be expected to do real work in a fast-paced, fun and exciting environment - WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST!

Students must receive academic credit from an accredited college or university in order to be eligible. A $50 stipend will be given at the end of the internship.

· Background in account management and consultative selling.

Responsibilities: The Director of Sales is responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of the sales activities of the business.

Achieve targeted revenue goals
In coordination with the website’s General Manager, establish go to market strategies for the Company
Oversee sales staff of 4 on a day-to-day basis, including talent development and training
