Marie Claire’s marketing/promotions art department seeks motivated, detail-oriented, organized interns beginning in September and continuing through the fall semester. Candidates must be able to commit to 2-4 full(9am-6pm) days per week. For college credit only. Internship is unpaid. Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and be extremely comfortable using InDesign. The opportunity to experience the art department on the edit side of the magazine exists with this internship.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice-President, Digital Media, the Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the office and supporting and assisting the team in the New York office.

Responsibilities

Ø Provide proactive daily administrative support to the CMO, VP Ad Sales and marketing team
Ø Maintain a clean and presentable office environment
