<div>Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced  environment and knows research like the back of their hand.  While you have a demonstrated fondness for organization and detail, you’re also great at crafting a compelling story.  You’ll bring a strong understanding of all advertising categories, the media industry, and digital media to our team.  We want someone who likes having a great deal of autonomy but can also work well with other people and departments.  At least five years of Magazine research/marketing experience is preferred, but strong Agency- related marketing experience will be considered.</div>

<div>Additional requirements:</div>

<li>Strong writing and public speaking skills</li>
<li>Strong, working knowledge of major syndicated research tools such as MRI.  Ability to use New Age is a plus.</li>
<li>Primary research skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Sales Graphics’ Custom Show software a plus, but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in MS Office software (especially PowerPoint &amp; Excel).  Mac &amp; PC proficient.</li>

• Work with Publishers, Marketing Directors, and Editorial of each brand to maximize sales opportunities targeting women’s lifestyle consumer accounts.<br />
• Lead sponsorship strategy and marketing for multi-brand event sponsorships (events include Big Apple Barbecue Block Party, a NYC-event for 140,000 consumers).<br />
• Partner with the Creative Director to execute content and original creative ideas.<br />
• Attend high-level agency and client meetings to brainstorm and present marketing programs.<br />
• Strengthen existing and develop new strategic partnerships for integrated marketing and promotional program.<br />
• Serves as liaison between TIBS and LSG on Corporate accounts.</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
• Must be a creative thinker that is organized and possesses strong communication and presentation skills.<br />
• Must have ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively with several divisions such as sales, digital, broadcast, marketing, as well as edit.<br />
• Proven record in cross-functional collaboration and brainstorm.<br />
