* Pre-publication review of magazine content.<\/p>\n
* Asset analysis to identify specific content restrictions.<\/p>\n
* Key wording of all text and photos to enhance search capabilities and rights accuracy.<\/p>\n
* Maintain the accuracy of all the information in our database for contracts and editorial assignments.<\/p>\n
* Investigating and problem solving with magazine and corporate departments.<\/p>\n
* Administrative processing of all contracts and releases for assigned publications.<\/p>\n
* Special projects as needed.<\/p>\n
The Ideal candidate is: <\/p>\n
* Extremely detail-oriented<\/p>\n
* Excellent communication and analytical skills<\/p>\n
* Strong data entry skills, experience with key wording a big plus<\/p>\n
* Highly organized, ability to meet tight deadlines<\/p>\n
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision<\/p>\n
* PC and MAC proficient with strong skills in Excel and Word, general knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and MS Access<\/p>\n
* Interested in pursuing a career on the business side of publishing<\/p>\n
