The EW Digital Marketing Team \u2013 in partnership with Integrated Marketing &#8211; brings these products to life in unique, engaging and custom ways for advertising partners and consumers alike. <\/p>\n<p>Description:<br \/>\nResponsible for driving ad sales revenue through the proactive and advertiser-specific development of digital advertising solutions that support advertiser objectives and enhance audience value across EW. Lead in pre and post-sale management of custom solutions in conjunction with integrated marketing<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022\tLead pre and post-sale management of custom advertiser solutions within assigned categories<br \/>\n\u2022\tServe as primary liaison with edit, product and legal teams for pre-sale approvals on custom solutions<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop custom pitch proposals within assigned categories<br \/>\n\u2022\tManage digital marketing team members in the pre and post-sale implementation of solutions<br \/>\n\u2022\tWork with National Sales Director to develop most compelling audience positioning and sales story for the entire site and specific content areas.<br \/>\n\u2022\tOversee development of all site sales materials<br \/>\n\u2022\tServe as product marketing expert for assigned new products and specials<br \/>\n\u2022\tOversee development and maintenance of marketing collateral and research for key new products, categories and specials<br \/>\n\u2022\tCapture category needs and proactively identify new digital opportunities that leverage edit, product and external vendor capabilities<br \/>\n\u2022\tAnalyze competitive sites and provide quarterly capability reviews &#8212; ad sizes, custom opportunities, new content areas<br \/>\n\u2022\tAttend and represent team at internal and external meetings<br \/>\n\u2022\tOversee development of recaps\/case studies as needed<\/p>\n<p>Specific Attributes:<br \/>\n\u2022\tAt least 9 years of successful digital marketing and sales\/support experience<br \/>\n\u2022\tCreative and strategic thinker<br \/>\n\u2022\tExcellent proposal and written communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022\tExcellent interpersonal skills; able to navigate matrixed environment<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior advertising partners<br \/>\n\u2022\tHighly detail-oriented<br \/>\n\u2022\tFlexible and able to adapt to change within newly evolving group<br \/>\n\u2022\tAble to juggle and prioritize multiple projects<br \/>\n\u2022\tWorking knowledge and ability to interpret online metrics and research tools (i.e. comScore, @plan, Omniture)<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong time management and organizational skills<br \/>\n\u2022\tMust be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel<br \/>\n\u2022\tMobile and Integrated marketing experience a plus<\/p>\n<p>Send resume to: <Jason_Kreuser@timeinc.com><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entertainment Weekly: DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR EW.com strives to be the North Star amid the vast galaxy of entertainment sites and blogs, offering the latest news, discerning reviews, and smart conversation.
