Job Description: The Associate Marketing Manager will assist in providing marketing support for B2B Marketing Department with focus on CBS Interactive brand as well as Entertainment & Lifestyle properties (cbs.com, tv.com, theinsider.com, Chow & Urban Baby); Games & Movies (gamespot, metacritic) and occasionally assist with Tech, Business, News and Sports brands. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities include assisting with:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Brand core pitches, vertical core presentations, media kits, sell sheets, brand videos, collateral for sales team
\n\u00b7 Write and edit copy for sales collateral and other marketing materials
\n\u00b7 Manage and update content on CBS Interactive website
\n\u00b7 Maintain a library of competitive information and organize Marketing share drive
\n\u00b7 Event planning and execution<\/p>\n
Required Skills\/ Experience:
\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree and 2-3 years marketing experience, preferably in media\/advertising, required
\n\u00b7 Basic knowledge of online marketing research, i.e. comScore, Nielsen preferred
\n\u00b7 Extremely organized with strong critical and analytical thinking skills
\n\u00b7 Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid computer\/technical skills
\n\u00b7 Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n\u00b7 Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
\n\u00b7 Must successfully pass a background check
