\nLooking for an experienced circulation professional to plan and execute print and digital strategies to help grow circulation and ancillary revenues. Including: direct mail campaigns, email promotions, in-book, and online initiatives. <\/p>\n
The ideal candidate should have strong strategic planning experience balanced with the ability to execute the campaigns developed and be bottom line oriented.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\nDevelop & execute circulation strategy (including direct mail, web, in-book and e-mail efforts) in a multi-title environment.<\/p>\n
Compose all marketing copy and direct creative resources. <\/p>\n
Oversee the tracking and reporting of results from marketing initiatives, and make recommendations on how to improve response.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with senior management on developing new paid product opportunities.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage applicable expense budgets. <\/p>\n
Develop and prepare applicable internal metrics reports. <\/p>\n
Manage department direct reports.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:
\nMinimum 5+ years paid audience development experience required.<\/p>\n
Minimum 5+ years consumer marketing experience with multi-title magazine publisher.<\/p>\n
Solid writing skills with the ability to craft cogent, persuasive copy. <\/p>\n
Well balanced experience in direct mail, web, in-book, email & social media marketing. <\/p>\n
Ability to work independently.<\/p>\n
