The National Catholic Development Conference (NCDC), a nonprofit association located in Hempstead, NY, is seeking a qualified individual for the salaried position of Associate Director of Membership Communications. <\/p>\n
Primary responsibilities include all printed membership publications, including: serving as the editor of the monthly print publication, Dimensions; writing and editing regularly scheduled and breaking news e-mail publications; and editing and managing the publication of the annual membership directory. Candidate is also responsible for management of the NCDC Job Network. <\/p>\n
NCDC is looking for a candidate with excellent writing and editing skills and experience in the publication field, either in college or from previous employment. Salary to be negotiated. <\/p>\n
Requirements: <\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree
\n Previous editing publication experience required
\n Computer and Internet skills, knowledge of HTML
\n Ability to work well with others
\n Ability to work independently and multi-task
\n Ability to manage the demands of deadlines are essential <\/p>\n
