Based on category assignments, the manager will collaborate with both the print and online sales teams and will play an integral role in developing marketing strategies, promotions and programs.  The position combines creative \u201cbig\u201d idea\/platform creation, partnership development and presentation skills and program execution to leverage the PEOPLE brand as a vital media partner. <\/p>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tIdea generation and program development: Work with sales and marketing colleagues to develop integrated opportunities including print, digital, event, retail and more to maximize advertising partnerships <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tCategory development: Support the Integrated Marketing Director in the development of category-specific strategies including competitive landscape\/sales opportunities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tPresentation development and execution: Work with various departments (i.e. strategic research department, creative services and events) to create compelling proposals, presentations, marketing concepts and\/or positioning<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tClient Meetings:  Accompany sales reps and\/or marketing management on sales calls to present marketing platforms and client-specific opportunities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProject management: Responsible for managing the daily workflow process including the prioritizing of presentations and follow-up on all materials delivered to sales partners<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProgram Management: Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned category and custom marketing programs, events, promotions from conception through implementation and\/or fulfillment  <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tManage and train Integrated Marketing Associates in all areas to assure their continued growth within the department <\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<br \/>\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree required, minimum 6-7 years marketing experience, preferably in media\/advertising.
