The Forbes Creative Solution Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative interactive designer to join our design team.
\nBe a part of our full-service, in-house advertising\/design group, responsible for innovative marketing programs, new sales concepts and promotions.<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities:
\nConcept, design, and execution of visual materials for integrated, cross-platform promotions
\nDesign web pages\/promotions, on-line advertorial sections and interactive (includes microsites, entry-forms, video modules, flash components, icons, digital ad units and other graphics)
\nWork with marketing to concept and design compelling, cross-platform collateral and mock-ups responding to RFPs
\nCommunicate and execute design ideas in a fast-paced environment <\/p>\n
Requirements: <\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic\/Web Design or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent training and\/or experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 A minimum of 5 years of digital design experience, preferable in publishing or advertising<\/p>\n
\u2022 Software expertise including: Flash, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word <\/p>\n
\u2022 Thorough understanding of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to develop conceptually visual ideas and execute them as innovative solutions in a highly collaborative environment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to manage projects without hesitation and work harmoniously with the sales and marketing staff<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to absorb and synthesize complex branding and style requirements from clients and account managers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Thorough understanding of best practices in web design and print production<\/p>\n
\u2022 Must be comfortable following direction and implementing changes, while balancing strong design and short deadlines<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 A background in brand identity and marketing\/advertising design is a huge plus<\/p>\n
