YourTango\u2019s Dir., Audience Development will be responsible for marketing
\nYourTango\u2019s brand, content, digital products and services and driving
\nengagement on YourTango.com. The position will report directly to the EVP,
\nInteractive and work closely with Production, Editorial, Development and Sales.
\nResponsibilities:
\n\u2022 Developing creative and efficient methods to drive traffic and engagement
\non YourTango.com and partner sites
\n\u2022 Analyzing metrics and proposing\/executing strategies to develop
\nYourTango\u2019s core audience
\n\u2022 Managing YourTango\u2019s strategic content partnerships
\n\u2022 Overseeing YourTango.com SEO initiatives (working with SEO resources
\nto coordinate SEO content production, on-site optimization, link building
\nand strategic partnerships)
\n\u2022 Managing YourTango.com\u2019s social media presence and engagement
\n(primarily Facebook and Twitter)
\n\u2022 Building YourTango\u2019s registered user base and newsletter subscribers
\nThe ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
\n\u2022 7 or more years of digital experience, preferably with a media property
\n\u2022 High-level analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools
\n(Omniture, Google Analytics, ComScore, etc.)
\n\u2022 Active in social media (strong familiarity with Facebook and Twitter) and
\neager to learn about emerging trends
\n\u2022 Outstanding Excel skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n\u2022 The ability to manage strategic partnerships
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and analyzing
