As part of a streamlined (and fun) team, our intern has the opportunity to become intricately involved in the day-to-day activities that contribute to House Beautiful\u2019s unmatched success and will walk away with comprehensive knowledge of the magazine publishing industry, and a wealth of experience.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities for the design internship at House Beautiful include:<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide general support for marketing department<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with design and layout of marketing materials and in-book pages<br \/>\n\u2022 Support sales staff by creating edit credits and tear sheets<br \/>\n\u2022 Create events recaps<br \/>\n\u2022 General organizing to help our fast-paced environment run smoothly<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<br \/>\n\u2022 Enthusiasm for and sincere interest in magazine promotions<br \/>\n\u2022 Positive attitude \u2013no job too small!<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be for school credit<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment<\/p>\n<p>About Us:<br \/>\nHouse Beautiful is by far the strongest home design magazine in the market.
