The Human Resources Coordinator works in the Human Resources Department, providing day-to-day support to multiple Directors.  This position is responsible for:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Basic administrative support, such as phone coverage, filing, faxing, distributing mail, and greeting candidates<br \/>\n\u00b7       Scheduling appointments and maintaining busy calendars<br \/>\n\u00b7       Creating and updating organizational charts<br \/>\n\u00b7       Handling expense reports<br \/>\n\u00b7       HR-related projects and research<br \/>\n\u00b7       Maintaining merit system data and running reports<br \/>\n\u00b7       Assisting with recruiting efforts, including reviewing job descriptions, posting jobs online, checking candidate references and coordinating out-of-town    candidate interviews<br \/>\n\u00b7       Responding to and preparing employment verifications<\/p>\n<p>Candidates should have an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, as this is an opportunity to learn and grow while working with a dynamic group of professionals.  The ideal candidate will possess the following experience\/skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022       A minimum of 1 year of experience providing administrative support<br \/>\n\u2022       Proficiency in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook<br \/>\n\u2022       High degree of professionalism &#038; discretion.
