This person will be responsible for:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances with industry associations and media partners; including barter and list procurement<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Partnering with the Marketing Manager on executing marketing plans<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Implementing email campaigns, managing and maintaining on-line registration system<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Working with internal Web group to maintain conference web-sites <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Coordination and trafficking of direct mail, print advertisements and other attendee promotional pieces<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Traffic direct mail, email, advertising, and other attendee collateral<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Managing the attendee marketing budget<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Maintaining weekly projection and overall tracking for each event<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Handling post show survey and post event outreach<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>B.A.\/B.S. in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>4 years direct marketing experience to include: direct mail, e-mail, social networks, web-based campaigns, mass media in a events or publishing environment<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>4 years of experience in conferences or events <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Database experience<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Understanding of list segmentation<br \/>\nRegistration management experience<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Marketing budget expertise<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Superb organizational and time management skills a self-driven professional able to assume responsibility of multiple projects, can adhere to schedules<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Experience with social media; Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;\"><span>Knowledge of HTML coding preferable<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
