You will help move the deal forward into ideation and proposal format.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span> <\/span><\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span>Overall Role &amp; Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Ensure sales requests are      processed on time and prioritized among your territory<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Idea generation for ways to      integrate partners on the site within our core offerings<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Liaise with Product Team to      ensure our offerings are in-line with the mission of the site<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Work with Sales Planners to      develop customized decks for clients; highlight new offerings for      sponsorship availability<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Act as a gate-keeper for      spend and functionality details communicated to the client <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Acts as internal property      expert and disseminates that knowledge to the sales-force<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>The team is organized by      territory and sales managers. The Sales Development Manager will develop a      strong working relationship with the sales person they are aligned with.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span>Required Skills &amp; Competencies: <\/span><\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Self motivator with strong      organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Creative thinker<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Effective communicator across      departments<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>A strong understanding of the      online advertising space including understanding of campaign success      metrics<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>A team player that can      inspire others and problem solve<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Excellent verbal and written      communication skills. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Ability to thrive in a fast      paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Minimum of two years full      time work experience in online marketing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span>How to Apply:<\/span><\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter with salary requirements to <strong>hr@cafemom.com<\/strong>.
