As Sales Planner, you will be responsible for increasing advertising and sponsorship revenue for CafeMom by delivering superior proposals to advertising agencies and clients.\u00a0 This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is looking for a strong career growth opportunity in digital media.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span>Overall Role &amp; Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><span>:<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Responsible for development      of proposals and presentations for two or more sales directors<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Assist sales directors with      building custom programs, creating corresponding online media plans, and      entering them into third party systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Work on proposal      planning\/brainstorming with Sales Development team and create strategic      PPT proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Actively participate in      client meetings to understand partner goals and objectives and develop a      strong relationship with our advertising partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Leverage site and audience      research tools to support sales proposal developm<\/span><span>ent<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Input and track all sold      campaign information in ad booking system to ensure accurate revenue      reporting and billing<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Work in tandem with Sales      team, Ad Operations, and Client Solutions to ensure proper and timely      launch of contracted campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Work closely with Account      Management team to assure smooth pre sale\/post sale transition and      seamless superior customer service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span>Required Skills &amp; Competencies: <\/span><\/strong><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Extensive knowledge of Ad      Serving Software and Tracking Programs: MediaVisor, Atlas, Media Bank,      iDesk, Doubleclick Sales Manager (DSM)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Well organized, deadline      focused and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Analytical and detail      oriented <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Strong computer skills      especially in Excel, Power Point, and Outlook<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Superior phone skills &#8211;      excellent verbal and written communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Client relationship      management skills and service orientation<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Experience managing a large      client base<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Four year BA\/BS degree \u2013      Business Management or Communications a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Minimum of two years full      time work experience in online advertising; at least 1 year prior online      sales planner experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span><br \/>\n<strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>A competitive base salary will be offered.
