Lifestyle Digital Group sites.<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the Sales Development teams, the campaign specialist will identify campaigns with potential under-delivery issues, create a plan of action, and execute on it by leveraging quality, efficient paid sources and collaborating with edit and marketing teams to leverage free promotional levers.<br \/>\nApproximately 75% of time will be spent focused on Health.com, an established site currently delivering \u201cvital information with a human touch\u201d to 2.7 million monthly visitors, driving over 15 million page views monthly. With heavy demand for ad space adjacent to specific medical condition content the campaign specialist will be tasked with growing ad inventory in these conditions efficiently through use of our existing tactics and sources while actively expanding the available options.<br \/>\nThe remaining 25% of time will be spent working with up to 9 other sites in the lifestyle group to address any short-term traffic needs that come up on sites like Realsimple.com, Thisoldhouse.com and Myrecipes.com.<br \/>\nSpecific responsibilities will include:<br \/>\n\u2022 Testing and optimizing existing paid traffic sources.<br \/>\n\u2022 Providing weekly reporting on key campaigns.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying, exploring and testing new, more efficient traffic sources.<br \/>\n\u2022 Working with sales development, edit and marketing to ensure that all sales impression guarantees are met.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:<br \/>\n\u2022 1-2 years of experience in consumer-facing online marketing roles with experience in SEM or other relevant paid traffic-driving marketing efforts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of the digital media space and enthusiasm for the HEALTH brand.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills \u2013 the ability to work closely and co-operatively with edit and sales development teams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work well under pressure and stay organized.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience using Omniture or other web analytics tools.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Please send all resumes to <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"Christine_powell@timeinc.com\">Christine_powell@timeinc.com<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <!--EndFragment--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marketing Campaign Specialist Temp \u2013 SEM focus on Health.com This position is a unique opportunity to work with marketing and sales development teams to ensure delivery of all advertiser campaigns across Time Inc.
