We are looking to find an energetic, smart, articulate person who has experience and knowledge in digital advertising and who gets a charge out of a start up environment and the potential to build something from the ground up. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span><\/span> Create the Milkshake sales process from start to finish (prospecting, identifying contacts, creating proposals, generating Insertion Orders, securing advertiser collateral, inputting collateral in the admin, and results reporting).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create outbound sales campaigns to increase awareness of Milkshake among the advertising community (agencies & client-direct) to generate and grow new business.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prospect and penetrate medium to large size organizations (“Top 2000” advertisers, major sub-brands and Advertising Agencies) to help secure RFP\u2019s and advertising dollars.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create persuasive sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel detailing market trends, case studies and marketing solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions from the results.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work to develop effective sales strategies and advertising sales proposals for continued site revenue growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications and Expectations:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of 3 years digital media sales experience<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lots of Energy, Quick study, Multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, Deadline oriented<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Solid computer skills – including word processing (Google Docs and\/or Word), spreadsheets (Google Docs and\/or Excel)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong affiliation with the Milkshake space \u2013giving back, doing good while having fun<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Location:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Milkshake headquarters in Greenwich, CT. <\/span><\/strong>Not necessary to come into the corporate office. Remote location is absolutely ok. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Competitive salary plus commission<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
