One key component to this is our internship program. RDA is an \u201cEmployer of Choice\u201d for early career talent by providing a robust, engaging and valuable business experience to students during their summer assignments.<span> <\/span>Through our internship program, RDA seeks high-potential students who are interested in pursuing career-building opportunities in a fast paced and competitive environment.<span> <\/span><span>Interns will be <\/span>assigned to short-term projects that support key business initiatives in order to provide them with a relevant real-life career experience.<span> <\/span>Students will gain knowledge of and interact with business professionals, internal industry experts and senior executives throughout the summer.\u00a0 In addition, they will be exposed to RDA\u2019s global organization through formal orientation sessions and informal meetings.<span> <\/span>Interns who successfully complete the program are assessed for future full-time opportunities.<span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>The RDA summer internship program is open to undergraduate students entering their junior or senior year. <strong><em>All internships will be for credit only. To be considered for this program, students will be asked to provide proper documentation from their school program. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span>Position Description<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Marketing Interns will be exposed to the execution and promotion of marketing campaigns. Areas of focus may include assisting marketing teams in executing programs, sales materials and\/or events. Interns will be assigned to a magazine team, website, and\/or to our\u00a0marketing services groups.\u00a0This internship is an excellent opportunity to apply Marketing, Advertising Sales, Journalism or Communications backgrounds in a corporate environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span>Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Must be able to work under a high level of      pressure within a fast paced environment. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Be highly organized, detail oriented, and a      self-starter able to set priorities and multi-task.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Have strong interpersonal skills and ability      to work with sales, marketing, freelancers under tight deadlines and      pressure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Be computer literate.
