The Complex Media Marketing Department seeks an Integrated Marketing Manager to concept, plan and execute custom marketing programs for magazine and online network advertisers. The ideal candidate will be an ideal mix of creative thinker\/writer, strategic manager and posses experience working with a diverse group of local and national sales representatives. Skills required but is not limited to:<\/p>\n
\n
exceptional writing skills and impeccable grammar, in both proposal\/business writing and creative copywriting<\/p>\n
creativity in concepting innovative marketing ideas for both pint and online<\/p>\n
experience with integrated media\/marketing, including (but not limited to) print, online and events<\/p>\n
confident presentation skills<\/p>\n
experience with managing large clients and their agencies through execution of programs including timeline and budget management<\/p>\n
extreme attention to detail<\/p>\n
passion for fashion, pop culture, music and urban culture<\/p>\n
\n
3-5 years marketing experience (preferably at a media company), including strong presentation writing skills, creative\/strategic thinking and data analysis. Must be able to work well with sales reps on strategizing about their business and executing appropriate integrated marketing programs.<\/p>\n
