One of Cond\u00e9 Nast\u2019s women\u2019s magazines is looking for a strong Merchandising Associate to work with the Associate Merchandising Director and Merchandising Director.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Primary Responsibilities of the position include:<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Working with merchandising and sales team to strategize, create and write merchandising proposals for target accounts<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Managing and overseeing the execution of custom advertiser merchandising programs<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attending sales calls with sales staff to present promotional\/merchandising programs.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Managing budgets related to promotional\/merchandising programs.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Overseeing development and production of merchandising-related collateral<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Managing development of junior staff<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Requirements of the position include:<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Some managerial experience<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong writing and creative thinking abilities<\/span><\/p>\n
