Branded Solutions seeks a strategic and creative Senior Director, Integrated Marketing for an integral role in the development and execution of corporate integrated marketing programs that cross Time Inc\u2019s various content and audience channels from print to digital, mobile and more.<\/p>\n<p>The position will report to the VP, Marketing<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Lead development, ideation and strategic<\/span><\/span><span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> thinking for best-in-class customized integrated marketing solutions for the company\u2019s largest and most high-profile advertising partners across a range of categories including, but not limited to: Beauty, Pharma, Finance, CPG and Automotive<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with the national Sales and Marketing teams to<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> collaboratively deliver sellable ideas across multiple categories<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> Leverage strong communication skills to best sell our ideas&#8211;through carefully crafted written proposals and stand out in-person presentations that best tell the story and bring the idea to life<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with the Creative<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> Services team to fine tune ideas and deliver the \u201cwow\u201d factor required to help clients and agencies visualize an idea\/concept<\/p>\n<p>Work with key marketing<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> and sales counterparts across Time Inc. business units and job functions to deliver collective best thinking and practices<\/p>\n<p>Actively identify and<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> understand emerging trends, opportunities and partnerships to give our ideas and our team a competitive edge, whether it is new media channels, industry trends or new potential revenue streams<\/p>\n<p>Partner with the Research<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> &amp; Insights team to develop smart, strategic insights to both inform our ideas and measure their effectiveness<\/p>\n<p>Attend client and agency briefings for new<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Help manage team work flow for new programs\/RFPs from<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> conception to completion<\/p>\n<p>Candidate Profile<\/p>\n<p>10+ years experience<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00a7<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> in media marketing preferred with strong cross-platform capability.
