Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Assist VP of Business Development & Event Planning with execution of all in-house events: theme\/concept development, invites\/material development, set up\/breakdown, ordering supplies, organization of bills\/payments, shipping etc.
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Assist VP of Operations on all NYC office duties
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Qualifications:
\n<\/strong><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Minimum 1-2 years of events and promotion or catering\/venue experience, preferably culinary
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Event vendor relationships
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Well developed organization skills with a attention to detail
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Creative and resourceful
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Ability to multi-task
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Good written and verbal skills
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Previous experience working an event from inception to completion (accepting of deliveries, creation of floor plan, setup, food and beverage service, breakdown)
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Knowledge of conducting inventory for in-house equipment (rentals, tables, flatware, beverages, and more)
