\na smart, creative, hard-working,
\nmulti-tasker to join our Sales
\nPlanning teams as Sales Planning
\nManager based in New York City.
\nThis position will be the main point of
\ncontact for all People en Espanol
\nmedia planning duties.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will work with
\nadvertising sales staff nationwide
\n(both print and digital) to find
\nsolutions-based ways to grow
\nadvertising revenue. You will be
\ninvolved in building and executing
\nmedia plans across all categories
\n(including campaign management),
\ndeveloping idea-selling
\nopportunities in conjunction with
\nmarketing, working with editorial
\non any new digital programs and
\nexploring cross-media advertising
\nopportunities with print.<\/p>\n

You will be
\nresponsible for working with your
\nsupervisor on managing pricing and
\nprocess, serve as the main point of
\ncontact for integrated marketing
\ncollaborations, evaluate and
\ndetermine which digital strategies
\nwork best and prepare online media
\nplans to support these strategies.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Develop all digital media
\nplans for advertising clients
\n<\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Manages campaign post
\ninsertion order, including entering
\ninto internal system and working
\nwith Ad Operations to ensure
\ndelivery
\n<\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Works with marketing,
\nsales, edit, and ad operations to
\nbrainstorm custom ideas and develop
\ncorresponding media plans for
\nadvertising clients
\n<\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Interacts with internal
\ncolleagues and outside vendors on
\ndigital program implementation
\n<\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Manages digital rate card
\nfor PeopleenEspanol.com \u2013 provides
\nquarterly update for team
\n<\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Identifies new advertising
\nopportunities for
\nPeopleenEspanol.com \u2013 works with
\nvendors and Ad Operations to
\nfacilitate development
\n<\/span>\u00a7<\/span> Analyzes online campaigns
\nto help determine success levels
\nand areas for
\nimprovement\/optimization<\/p>\n

Experience:
\n– 3+ years previous online
\nadvertising, sales, or marketing
\nexperience or
\n– 4+ years media business
\nexperience in sales development,
\naccount management\/client services
\n– Familiarity with online tools
\n(workflow systems, research, etc.)<\/p>\n

Education:
\n– Bachelor`s Degree<\/p>\n

Skills:
\n– Solid understanding of Internet
\nadvertising, benchmarks and sales
\n– Proficiency with PowerPoint, MS
\nWord, MS Excel and the Web
\n– Extremely good with deadlines and
\nmultitasking, successful in
\nexecuting programs with many moving
\nparts, strong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
