Vogue is looking for an Associate Fashion and Luxury Merchandising Director who will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing programs for International and American Fashion and Accessories designed to generate advertising revenue.<\/p>\n
Specific duties include:
\nCollaboration with the sales staff and across departments (digital, events and art department) to Ideate and execute customized programs\/events for advertisers
\nWrite and design custom presentations\/proposals
\nDevelop strategic partnerships with third party organizations such as charities, art institutions, and entertainment properties to create new marketing opportunities for advertisers
\nAttend sales calls to present marketing programs
\nManage budgets for International and American Fashion & Accessories accounts
\nSkills:
\n6+ years of experience, preferably in magazine sales\/marketing and fashion industry
\nStrong project management\/leadership skills
\nStrong skill set in writing, editing, conceptualizing, idea creation, organization and communication is essential to excel in this position.
\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of InDesign a plus.
\nA general knowledge of the promotion production process and an understanding of the editorial product and fashion industry are also highly recommended for this position.<\/p>\n
