W<\/strong> is looking for a freelance Strategic Partnerships\/Events Manager<\/em> responsible for supporting the promotion department\u2019s creative needs including copy, promotional materials & events.<\/p>\n

Specific duties include:<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Produce and execute custom merchandising events and programs<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Manage relationships and events involving our W\u2019s Brand Ambassadors and charity partners<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Oversee budgets for all assigned projects and events<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Responsible for creating, managing and editing all copy needs for the department, including proposal\/program templates, special sections\/advertorials, client communications, sell sheets and email blasts<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Assist with the souring, production and distribution of all premium items<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Maintain relationships with premium vendors<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Assist with the creation of a W \u201cstyle guide\u201d
\n<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>Skills:<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> 3+ years of experience, preferably in magazine sales\/marketing and fashion industry<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Background in luxury event execution required<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Background in copy writing & editing preferred<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Strong skill set in creative writing, organization and communication is essential to excel in this position<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7<\/span> <\/span> An understanding of the editorial product and fashion industry are also highly recommended for this position<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
