Responsibilities<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Partner with Sales Directors to create customized and scalable strategic marketing proposals in response to Advertiser RFPs: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Lead creative brainstorms &amp; provide custom solutions that leverage our core site offerings <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Detail out all program elements including strategy and the \u2018why\u2019 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Process and manage mock requests and research requests with respective department heads <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Work closely with Sales Planners on final RFP deliverables \u2013 PPT deck, media plan, mocks, research <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Act as a <em>gate-keeper<\/em> for spend, functionality and spec details related to each product, and communicate information clearly to sales team and Advertisers <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Liaise with client solutions, editorial and product teams to create new, sellable products and ensure offerings are in-line with the mission of the site <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Aid in developing, managing and maintaining sales presentations and marketing collateral <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Provide thought leadership about digital advertising, new platforms and technologies, emerging trends and more<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span><strong><br \/>\nRequired Skills &amp; Competencies:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Minimum of 4 years experience in online marketing\/advertising, with a minimum of 2 years developing RFPs and marketing proposals <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Strong understanding of the online advertising space, social media and online campaign success metrics <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Proficient in MS PowerPoint and all other MS Office Tools <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span>Creative, proactive thinker;
