This position collaborates with designers to develop comps, resources and event collateral materials for digital media. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager develops research-based sales materials and will have a strong understanding of retail distribution and merchandising practices. Works with internal departments including Interactive, digital, database, research, and other marketing departments as well as with external customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n45% &#8211; Creates proposals and performs research including recipe.com ideas and sales collateral materials including &#8220;big brand&#8221; print media.<br \/>\n40% &#8211; Executes and manages integrated and added-value programs including custom advertiser programs.<br \/>\n10% &#8211; Researches and develops new added-value opportunities and programs.<br \/>\n5% &#8211; Oversees related budgets and premium inventory, orders, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:<br \/>\nAll must be met to be considered.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Education:<br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent training and\/or experience.<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<br \/>\nSelf-starting, hands-on marketing professional with minimum 5 years experience in food and entertaining categories with strong emphasis on digital marketing. Experience in or knowledge of &#8220;big brand&#8221; print media a plus.<br \/>\nRelevant experience with a competitive digital media business helpful.<br \/>\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br \/>\nAbility to support ongoing digital sales initiatives by working in a timely manner with research, creating compelling ideas, and writing RFPs, presentations and proposals. Capable of collaborating with multiple business divisions and across media platforms.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven track-record in program development through collaboration with several teams to drive projects from inception to successful delivery<br \/>\n\u2022 Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent writing, verbal and leadership skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Maximum proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with PhotoShop a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to understand and quickly apply new technologies (ie.
