Overall scope of position:<\/p>\n
Under the direction of the SVP of Marketing, coordinate and traffic Marketing<\/p>\n
Department projects and aspects of projects including proposals, events,<\/p>\n
sales materials and communications. Manage select projects start to finish.<\/p>\n
Primary responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Coordinating and executing proposals, in part or entirely, as assigned by<\/p>\n
Marketing project managers<\/p>\n
\u2022 Compose proposals and manage all aspects of assigned RFPs, meeting<\/p>\n
deadlines and matching project criteria<\/p>\n
\u2022 Research and traffic aspects and elements of proposals, internally and<\/p>\n
externally (to clients, partners and suppliers)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Track program progress and prepare final reports for internal use and for clients<\/p>\n
Coordinate the successful execution of digital programs<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work closely with the sales planner to insure that all goals are met, traffic<\/p>\n
information internally<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate\/manage online promo pages and select digital advertiser programs<\/p>\n
– Process invoices and IOs. Work with SVP to monitor marketing budget<\/p>\n
– Update monthly digital research reports<\/p>\n
– Traffic marketing department projects and communications<\/p>\n
– Manage marketing department project library<\/p>\n
– General coordination and assistant duties which may include online research,<\/p>\n
vendor selection and coordination, event execution tasks, client<\/p>\n
communications and document handling.<\/p>\n

execution of assigned work<\/p>\n
\u2022 Good writing and communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong organizational skills with flawless attention to detail<\/p>\n
\u2022 Facility understanding and applying standard research tools (comScore, MRI,<\/p>\n
Google Analytics, etc.)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Facility with standard department software: Word\/Pages, PowerPoint\/<\/p>\n
Keynote, Excel, Acrobat<\/p>\n
1-2 years magazine marketing, media, agency or public relations experience.<\/p>\n
