Projects range from large signature events to smaller client entertaining, cocktail parties, screenings, dinners and staff functions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Execute venue contracts, insurance &amp; liability with the legal department<br \/>\n\u2022 Research &amp; maintain information on competitors, current films, television, music, products, celebrities, restaurant openings, trends and culture in NY and key market areas<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate brand presence and events at trade shows<br \/>\n\u2022 Work with creative services on invitation design, signage and other event collateral needs<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the creative process of overall production and d\u00e9cor for all events<br \/>\n\u2022 Create and manage event budgets<br \/>\n\u2022 Work on events across the Style and Entertainment Group<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and up to date with computer technologies<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee transportation needs at all events<br \/>\n\u2022 Position requires an organized person with skills in prioritizing, time management and multi-tasking. Some travel is required.
