SHAPE has an immediate opening for a Promotion Coordinator reporting directly to the SHAPE Promotions Director. \u00a0This individual will be an integral part of the SHAPE Marketing team–working very closely with the Sales and Digital teams. The Promotion Coordinator will be responsible for developing cross-platform proposals for multiple advertising categories that utilize all the capabilities of the SHAPE brand (in-book, digital, events, mobile etc.)<\/p>\n
Responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
* \u00a0\u00a0Developing and writing added value proposals
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Execution of merchandising programs from start-to-finish (including events, sweepstakes, advertorials, GWPs, retail programs, digital promotions, etc.)
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Management of promotional pages, promotional e-Bulletin and dedicated email blasts
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Maintain and update promotional sell sheets
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Maintain tracking systems for all added-value programs offered\/fulfilled
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Act as a spokesperson for SHAPE Promotions
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Coordination of event recaps
\n* \u00a0\u00a0General administrative work assisting the Associate Publisher of Marketing and Promotions Director<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
* \u00a0\u00a01-2 years experience in a marketing or sales department
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Ability to multi-task and take initiative
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Strong writing and communication skills
\n* \u00a0\u00a0A passion for marketing and promotions
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
\n* \u00a0\u00a0Knowledge of InDesign a plus
\n* \u00a0\u00a0College degree<\/p>\n
