He\/she will play an integral role in developing and executing marketing strategies, promotions, and programs for Tennis Media Company across all platforms\u2014web, tablet, mobile, and print. The position combines core big idea\/platform creation, proposal writing, and program execution. The position will report to the SVP of Think Custom Media.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Responsibilities Include<\/span>:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Develop innovative, market-leading ideas and write proposals for current and prospective advertisers that could include print, online, social media, mobile, app, and emerging media elements that leverage editorial, custom content and external partnership opportunities <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Successfully manage integrated programs that could include rich media, original video content, events, mobile, social media and print components from activation to recap <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Create and manage program timelines and budgets<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate Include<\/span>:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Exceptional writing skills coupled with a creative, out-of-the-box approach <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Knowledge of and passion for digital media space <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>2+ years of related experience (digital\/social experience preferred) <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Strong analytics and real-time judgment with maturity, poise and \u201cgrace under pressure\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Strong organizational skills <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Ability to work closely with a variety of internal constituencies, as well as interface with clients and other external colleagues (e.g., vendors, agency contacts, etc.) <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Graphic design (PowerPoint) and web design (basic HTML) skills and some familiarity with relevant design software a plus \u00a0(PhotoShop, DreamWeaver or InDesign, etc) <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Outstanding record of academic and professional achievement <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Bachelor\u2019s degree<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Core Attributes<\/span>:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span>Atlantic Media recruits for two personal attributes in its candidates. \u00a0The first is force of intellect \u2013 reflected in discipline and rigor of thought as manifested, often, in exceptional academic performance.
