This senior role will work in a leadership capacity regarding all Social platforms, with multiple internal teams including marketing, analytics, editorial, production and IT.<\/p>\n<p>This position will guide and influence Social efforts across the ten Time Inc. lifestyle sites including RealSimple.com, CookingLight.com, MyRecipes.com, AllYou.com, Thisoldhouse.com, Health.com, and SouthernLiving.com. The focus of this role will be to work with various teams to generate and drive strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities include:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00d8<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> Identify and Voice the Goals of Lifestyle Digital to Senior Management<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00d8<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> Define Best Practices and Metrics of Success in the Social Space<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00d8<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> Lead &amp; Provide Reporting and Insights for Sales, Edit and Audience Development Teams<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00d8<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> Manage and Admin third party vendors (i.e., Hootsuite, Offerpop, Curalate)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00d8<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> Identify New Partners and Vendors for optimization and innovation<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">\u00d8<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"> Lead Cross-Division Efforts with non-Lifestyle Time Inc brands<\/p>\n<p>This role requires close communication and strong partnership with members of various departments in order to be successful:<\/p>\n<p>AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT<br \/>\n\u2022Drive Audience Development Social Goals and Execution<br \/>\n\u2022Identify SEO and Traffic Growth opportunities using Social tactics<br \/>\n\u2022Establish Best Practices for Cross-Brand and Cross-Division Social Efforts<\/p>\n<p>SALES\/MARKETING<br \/>\n\u2022Provide Reporting and Insights for LSG brands<br \/>\n\u2022Generate Concepts for Campaigns and Pitches<br \/>\n\u2022Work to create a competitive story in the marketplace<br \/>\n\u2022Liaison with vendors for execution<\/p>\n<p>EDITORAL<br \/>\n\u2022Provide Insight for Editorial Strategy and Optimization<br \/>\n\u2022Source tools and tactics to Identifying influencers<br \/>\n\u2022Generate Concepts for Editorial and Site integration<\/p>\n<p>LEGAL<br \/>\n\u2022Act as the internal expert in Social Guidelines<br \/>\n\u2022Lead conversations for new products and vendors\/contracts as needed<\/p>\n<p>PRODUCT<br \/>\n\u2022Partner with Product, IT and Project Management to execute Edit, Sales and Audience Development projects<br \/>\n\u2022Act as a point person for Site Integration Recommendations<\/p>\n<p>Time Inc. Lifestyle sites have been growing rapidly and now reach over 15 million unique visitors each month, up 50% from a year ago (Comscore).
