Responsibilities include: \u2022 Support and execute the visual look and feel of all print &amp; electronic marketing collateral \u2022 Design &amp; layout\/produce the visual design and production of all in-book and on-line promotional pages and advertorials \u2022 Help manage the production of all collateral materials related to events including collateral materials; in-book ads; advertising campaigns; branded premiums, eblasts, clothing and event awards; and event signage \u2022 Manage process, budget and freelance support for assigned projects: Work with vendors and manage printing\/video budgets for individual projects Ideal candidate will possess: \u2022 2-4 years experience as a working designer in a design studio, advertising agency or magazine marketing department \u2022 BFA in Graphic Design is suggested \u2022 Strong visual skills including color sense, a passion for good design and GREAT typography! \u2022 Knowledge in print production and preparing files for different print formats?and vendors \u2022 Ability to work in a small team: work well with others, but also work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment? \u2022 Excellent organization skills and ability to work on tight deadlines \u2022 Extreme attention to detail? \u2022 Highly motivated \u2022 Ability to multi-task: prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally \u2022 Understanding and interest of our market and medium \u2022 Strong organizational skills and flawless attention to detail \u2022 Ability to take direction, constructive criticism and apply own creative skills and talent toward successful execution of department and project goals \u2022 Fun attitude \u2022 Expert in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, PowerPoint Familiarity or competent with Flash, Final Cut Pro, video, html\/web and CustomShow is a bonus \u2022 Please include a website link with current portfolio work shown.
