Must be experienced in strategic account and consultative selling, and be knowledgeable in online media and underlying technology. Must be comfortable selling to all levels within the Agency and client.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet or\u00a0 Exceed quarterly revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Grow Kontera\u2019s presence and increase market penetration within the specified verticals<\/li>\n<li>Evangelize Kontera and communicate the value of semantic based advertising<\/li>\n<li>Communicate emerging market needs and requirements for product development<\/li>\n<li>Drive Marketing and Sales support activities in the vertical<\/li>\n<li>Engage agency decision makers at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans<\/li>\n<li>Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop and close significant business opportunities including annual agreements<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of marketing objectives and opportunities in the clients business.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately forecast revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Execute in a fast paced, \u201cmake-it-happen yourself\u201d small team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job-skills content-module rich-text\">\n<h2>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-8 years experience in senior online media sales<\/li>\n<li>5 years of sales experience calling on agencies and clients at a senior level<\/li>\n<li>Sold and managed at least $1 million dollars in annual online advertising spend<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers with a deep rolodex in related digital Agencies<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of online branding and performance campaign models, media industry trends, technologies and pricing models<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis for branding and performance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and in campaign buying and planning<\/li>\n<li>Superior Strategic and Solution Selling skills in all facets of the sales cycle and account management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills with proven success in consultative selling<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 500 client base<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, driven, self-thinker who strives for results while contributing to the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"company-description content-module rich-text\">\n<h2>Company Description<\/h2>\n<p><span>Kontera understands the world\u2019s content, and dynamically activates brands\u2019 owned content, advertising, social or supportive organic content for optimal results.<\/p>\n<p>The Kontera content activation platform analyzes and correlates more than 400 million daily \u201cconversations\u201d and content views, in real-time, across 15,000 exclusive publishers and the majority of the comScore top 1,000 sites.
