The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for working closely with the sales force to ideate, write and strategize cross-platform marketing programs in response to requests from Inc. advertisers. As a key member of the organization, responsibilities will include creating effective sales tools that position Inc. as a leader in the advertising marketplace.<\/p>\n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Develop smart, strategic custom ideas for advertising that use Inc. media assets (print, digital, social media, event, custom content, conferences and products) and help with the daily marketing needs including fielding questions from various departments in the company;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Ideate and write proposals in response to RFPs from endemic and non-endemic categories;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Generally work in PowerPoint templates, designing small customizations (photos, screen grabs, charts and timelines) to create daily proposals;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Work with the Creative Services team to design custom presentations or other tools for face-to-face client meetings;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Attend weekly sales meetings to gain knowledge to help in ideation and proposal creation;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Copy writing\/updating\/editing of marketing materials such as sell-sheets, advertorials, mailings and sales development projects\/events;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Assist with departmental and sales team administrative work.<\/p>\n

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>College degree, 2 to 3 years experience, with \u00a0at least 1 year in the publishing, marketing or advertising field;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Excellent communication skills;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;<\/p>\n

<\/span>\u00b7 <\/span>Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and or WordPress a plus.<\/p>\n
