This role will work closely with the VP of Integrated Marketing to lead all ideation for RFP based requests. Ideal candidate will be a big thinker and strategist. Entertainment and key West coast account experience a big PLUS. The day to day will be working closely with sales and edit to determine strategy for responses. This person must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves. Knowledge of POPSUGAR audience a big plus.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Reports to VP of Integrated Marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Act as main POC for all West Coast Creative Services ideation, work closely with team of Creative Services managers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Work closely with Sales on reactive and proactive pitches<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Co-create and oversee planning and execution of all signature programs<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of creative services team<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Research and develop new promotional partnerships, strategic alliances, and marketing programs<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Present programs to clients during sales calls with management and sales staff<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Review development and production of all promotional materials, including special advertising sections, sell sheets, collateral, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Assist in training, development and review of staff<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Assist in management of department budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Minimum 7 years experiences<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Digital and\/or Publishing experience preferred<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Multi-task oriented<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Previous management experience a plus<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Knowledge of the Entertainment, Retail and\/or Tech\/Telco preferred<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Some travel<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Based in LA, SF and NYC would also be considered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>To apply, visit:\u00a0Version:<\/div>\n<p><!--StartFragment--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sugarinc.com\/Creative-Services-Manager-25803438\">http:\/\/www.sugarinc.com\/Creative-Services-Manager-25803438<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--EndFragment--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POPSUGAR is looking for a superstar to join our Creative Services department.
