\n<\/strong><\/span>Seventeen Magazine is seeking an Associate Promotion Manager. \u00a0Some of the key responsibilities are below.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develops and writes integrated proposals for mid-level clients (Primary Categories: Beauty and Health)
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages client program execution, including but not limited to: sweepstakes, contests, consumer events, \u201c guerrilla marketing,\u201d online and mobile programs, etc.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Travels nationwide to host consumer events on an as-needed basis
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Represents Seventeen <\/em>in custom advertiser videos
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Creates, manages and executes customized advertorials
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manages timelines, budgets and invoices for client programs
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Services day-to-day requests of Sales staff\/management (e.g., client history, event recaps, idea revisions, etc.)
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attends sales calls to present added value programs and ideas
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Required Skills
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop a plus)
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both writing and speech (ability to write advertorial copy a plus)
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Extremely creative with an understanding for altering ideas as necessary for limited resources
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must work well under time constraints, be detail-oriented, and be able to juggle multiple projects\/priorities
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Dynamic, outgoing personality with speaking\/on-stage experience
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00b7 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of\/appreciation for Teen culture a plus
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Required Experience
