The Integrated Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the ELLE marketing team. This position focuses across multiple categories and includes integrated proposal writing, large-scale program ideation, and event execution. This role works directly with the print and digital sales and marketing teams to selling integrated programs and execute those programs from start to finish.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u00b7 Idea generation for clients across non-endemic categories, as well as key beauty clients
\n\u00b7 Work with sales and marketing colleagues to develop integrated marketing programs that maximize advertising partnerships and close business
\n\u00b7 Proposal development including digital program integration
\n\u00b7 Program Management: manage the fulfillment and execution of proposed sold concepts including advertorials, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, events, digital components, etc.
\n\u00b7 Client Meetings: As requested, accompany sales reps and\/or marketing management on sales calls to present marketing programs and client-specific opportunities
\n\u00b7 Budgeting: Ensures that all projects are executed within or under budget
\n\u00b7 Take responsibility for project timelines and deadlines<\/p>\n
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
\n\u00b7 Reports to Senior Director, Integrated Marketing<\/p>\n
REQUIRED SKILLS\/EXPERIENCE
\n\u00b7 3+ years of experience in magazine merchandising and promotions
\n\u00b7 Must work well under time pressures, be organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
\n\u00b7 Clear understanding of and affinity for fashion and beauty market
\n\u00b7 Proficient in Custom Show, PowerPoint, InDesign, Excel and Word
\n\u00b7 Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral presentations<\/p>\n
