Merchandising Manager
\nLocation: Tasting Table Headquarters in Soho, Manhattan, New York
\nTasting Table is hiring a Merchandising Manager to join our growing business development department. This manager will work closely with the advertising sales team to create marketing programs that meet advertisers’ brand goals and objectives.
\nQualifications:
\n– Bachelor\u2019s Degree
\n– Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
\n– 3-5 Years of experience in media, including development of integrated marketing programs (print, digital, tablet, mobile and events)
\n– Extremely organized multi-tasker
\n– Tech skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Mac applications, Powerpoint
\n– Passion for food & dining plus some industry expertise
\nResponsibilities:
\n– Field day-to-day integrated merchandising and RFP requests from advertising sales team
\n– Independently manage workload to insure deadlines are met.
\n– Coordinate with other departments (operations, marketing, editorial) to provide detailed hand-off sold merchandising programs
\n– Complete client recaps
\n– Work with sales team to develop custom solutions for high profile advertising partners
\n– Develop new merchandising packages\/programs.
\n– Create\/write category-specific presentations, sell sheets and other sales collateral
\n– Assist sales team in developing compelling sales stories for advertisers based on editorial and audience statistics
