\n<\/span>Fit Pregnancy & Natural Health are hiring an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our growing marketing department. \u00a0This team member will work closely with the Integrated Marketing Director and Integrated Marketing Manager to coordinate events, merchandising, and sales initiatives. Fit Pregnancy and Natural Health share one sales and marketing team.
\nKey Responsibilities will include:
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Field day-to-day integrated merchandising and RFP requests from national sales staff in a timely fashion and follow up on all requests to insure deadlines are met.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Oversee assigned integrated merchandising programs; handle overall execution including processing of marketing fulfillment forms, program activation forms, and client recaps.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Event management including creation and production of signage, printed collateral, digital elements, management of on-site staffing, shipping of materials, gift bag coordination, etc.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Development\/execution of in-book\/online programs for Natural Health and Fit Pregnancy, for example, Finds & Favorites, Web Directory, Oasis, Merch Pick, etc.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Collaborate with digital sales and account management teams on integrated programs, proposal and program execution.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Work with Marketing Manager to create\/write category-specific presentations, sell sheets, advertorial sections and other collateral materials.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Handle sweepstakes fulfillment, development of R&R\u2019s, affidavits and other documents integral to ongoing promotions.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Responsible for all aspects of magazine print order (marketing purposes), cover sticker inventory and custom requests for events.
\n<\/span>Requirements:
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>2-3 Years of experience in the magazine\/print industry, including development of integrated marketing programs (print, digital, tablet, mobile and events)
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time; strong time management and organizational skills a must.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel); experience with MAC applications, including InDesign a plus.
\n<\/span>\u00b7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Knowledge of industry research tools (MRI, AdMeasure, PIB, Comscore, Google Analytics, etc.). <\/span><\/p>\n
