The position is based in New York and reports to the Vice President of Sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em id=\"__mceDel\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> <b><br \/>\nCore Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Conceptualize and develop revenue-generating marketing programs, including large-scale multi-platform ideas, promotional partnerships and advertiser events<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Creative development of marketing collateral; including but not limited to, advertiser-facing decks, program one sheets and recaps<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Collaborate with sales, editorial and production and other internal departments to achieve project objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Interact with and manage client input and feedback throughout the entire scope of process, from concept to project completion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Manage all aspects of individual marketing programs, including timelines, budgets, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Source, hire and manage outside vendors to assist in fulfilling programs (when necessary)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Meet with clients as needed to present proposals and\/or discuss ongoing marketing programs in development as well as added-value concepts and requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Investigate and evaluate new partnership opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Provide mentorship to junior team members<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><b>Within the first six months, the Marketing Manager is expected to achieve the following (at a minimum):<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Execute full-scale marketing programs (without oversight from senior management)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Work with sales to create, package and help sell-through at least one high-profile deal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Lead development of (from ideation to conclusion) at least one high-profile advertiser-based marketing program that includes online and offline elements<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">At least five years of online marketing experience (including mobile, social media and event program extensions)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0Experience with 360-degree multi-platform marketing programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0Combination of creativity and strategic acumen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Comfortable working independently as well as a team player<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Excellent organizational, time management, communications and presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, handle dynamic situations, and work under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">BA in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field is required<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">To apply, visit: <a href=\"http:\/\/hire.jobvite.com\/j\/?cj=oGDKVfwI&amp;s=WestOverMedia\">http:\/\/hire.jobvite.com\/j\/?cj=oGDKVfwI&amp;s=WestOverMedia<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--EndFragment--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UrbanDaddy is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Client Marketing team.\u00a0 This is an opportunity for an experienced, high-energy marketing specialist to work with our sales, events, and business development teams to conceive, develop, sell and execute compelling marketing programs while ensuring clients\u2019 marketing programs are synchronous with UrbanDaddy\u2019s brand positioning.
