Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with the drive to achieve operational excellence, and has a knack for finding (and fixing!) gaps in process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the successful management of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Ad operations<\/li>\n<li>Email operations<\/li>\n<li>Custom ad campaigns execution<\/li>\n<li>Internal projects<\/li>\n<li>New product development<\/li>\n<li>Product Enhancements (website, email, video, &amp; mobile)<\/li>\n<li>Office \/ HR management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, coach, and grow the operations staff<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain efficient and effective operations processes and policies to ensure all department objectives are met<\/li>\n<li>Establish department goals, monitor and assess progress and update CEO with frequent status reports<\/li>\n<li>Research, test and implement new products and tools to increase company wide efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Develop individual project budgets<\/li>\n<li>Play a significant role in long-term company planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5 years Digital Operations experience (preferably in a digital publication, ad agency or tech startup setting)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of establishing successful company processes, procedures and policies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional project management skills<\/li>\n<li>High energy; capable of juggling a wide array of responsibilities and performing in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Extremely computer-proficient (preferably Mac); experience with digital publishing, ad trafficking, DFP, 3rd party vendors, project management, and\/or new product development a huge plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location: New York<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Compensation: Competitive salary; benefits (medical and dental), 401k, paid vacation<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in successfully growing with a fun, dynamic, and creative team in an environment with a lot of upside potential, please\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">click here to complete our application<\/span>.
