The role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for popular styles and trends.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re seeking a full-time advertising sales coordinator who can work in the New York City office, ideally has a minimum of 1 year digital media sales planning, agency or assistant experience. The role requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for popular styles and trends.<\/p>\n<p><b>Primary responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the VP, Sales and sales team<\/li>\n<li>RFP completion<\/li>\n<li>Manage\/support the sales cycle from start to finish (prospecting, identifying contacts, creating proposals, generating Insertion Orders, securing advertiser collateral, inputting collateral in the admin, and results reporting).<\/li>\n<li>Create persuasive sales presentations\/decks using PowerPoint and Excel\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with sales staff to design and customize integrated marketing programs to meet client and brand objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Expectations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA\/BS degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 year digital media sales planning, agency or assistant experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent MAC skills.
