Moreover, the ability to establish trusting relationships internally and with potential customers will be essential to this person\u2019s success.<\/p>\n<p><i>McMURRY\/TMG\u2019s Business Development Manager will:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop qualified (*<i>see qualification criteria below)<\/i> new business opportunities in 2013.<\/li>\n<li>Along with our Association Client Leader to identify prospects and make business development calls with goal of turning them into qualified opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on inbound leads<\/li>\n<li>Work with marketing team to develop lead gen programs to target prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Build database of prospects and populate with important information such as, incumbent contract expiration, key decision makers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in proposal and presentation development<\/li>\n<li>Identify prospects through independent activities (trades, attendance at events, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Attend planned events to promote McMURRY\/TMG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>*Qualification Criteria: Proven Hunter\/Closer<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years solid experience in agency, marketing or consulting<\/li>\n<li>Success selling to Associations<\/li>\n<li>Proven business development skills<\/li>\n<li>Multi-media marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal and presentations skills<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills; proven ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>McMURRY\/TMG offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial, high energy culture.
