The ideal candidate must be an extremely self-motivated individual who is creative and resourceful with outstanding communication skills who possesses the ability to perform within an entrepreneurial environment. You must be someone who has a strong desire to exceed your goals and has a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.<\/p>\n<p>This is a high growth\/high reward position where performers will be able to grow with our company and take on greater responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n&#8211;Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key digital advertising and media buying agencies and clients.<br \/>\n&#8211;Strategically prospect for new advertisers<br \/>\n&#8211;Engage in all stages of the sales cycle from\u00a0 prospecting, developing new client pitches, preparing responses to RFPs including Power Point presentations and Excel media plans, to closing sales and servicing accounts<br \/>\n&#8211;Achieve weekly goals for client calls and presentations<br \/>\n&#8211;Achieve personal goals for net advertising sales<br \/>\n&#8211;Be a key contributor to sales department annual goals<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<br \/>\n&#8211;3+ years of direct sales experience in digital media<br \/>\n&#8211;BA\/BS degree or
