Observer Media Internship Program is seeking an intern to support the marketing and sales team.<\/p>\n
The role is hands-on, bringing you face to face with the company leaders, the real estate and entertainment industry and all departments of the publishing business.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The candidate will report directly to the Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Sales\/Associate Publisher.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
-Manage contracts, archives, and client requests for the Vice President of Sales.<\/p>\n
-Organize accounts, track creative and gather leads to generate new business.<\/p>\n
-Participate in creating marketing materials for sales team.<\/p>\n
-Provide support for real estate and companywide events.<\/p>\n
-Manage mailings and distribution for all print properties.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
-Strong interest in publishing and media.<\/p>\n
-Passion for real estate and entertainment marketing and advertising.<\/p>\n
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
-High performance individual that thrives in a fast past and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n
-Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel<\/p>\n
-Knowledge of design programs a plus<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
