The freelance associate integrated marketing manager will develop sales, marketing and promotional materials for ESSENCE including multiplatform proposals that incorporates print, digital, social\/mobile, tablet, retail and event extensions. Additionally, this role will project manage key advertiser program executions including events and contest\/sweepstakes fulfillment.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n– Conceptualize and write integrated marketing proposals for category specific clients
\n– Participate in brainstorm sessions with sales and marketing in response to RFP\u2019s
\n– Spearhead the execution of all aspects of advertiser programs (e.g. sweepstakes\/contests, events, sponsorships, mailing, samplings, advertorials)
\n– Collaborate with team on signature and custom events, managing the execution of advertiser integrations
\n– Manage in-book promotional pages and brand promotion pieces (i.e. mailers, issue e-blasts)<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n– Minimum 3-4 years marketing\/advertising experience required, preferably in media\/advertising.
\n– Candidate must have strong balance of strategic and creative skills and experience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs
\n– Strong interpersonal and client skills
\n– Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast- paced, high-volume work environment
\n– Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n– Team player with strong work ethic
\n– Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
